Our employees’ constant training is accomplished through seminars by experienced company Executives and our partners and focuses on developing high skill levels.
Furthermore, we are breaking ground by training our Clients. Special treatment is required for frozen dough products as their quality depends on the way they are prepared and baked.
The highly skilled personnel of the Sales Department and the Department of Technical Support is able to support and advise our partners in order to distribute BAKER MASTER products properly and highlight their quality.
